Packaging is of utmost importance as it is the single most defense you have to protect your product during the long journey by sea and a marketing tool. If you do not know the types of packaging that is needed to preserve your product on the journey, it may lead to a failed business deal.
Most export transactions between buyers and sellers is done through an irrevocable line of credit, which is governed by specifications being met by the seller, which includes the product arriving to the import country in a satisfactory condition. Product packaging is key to building your export revenue and maintaining relationships with buyers.
